About your instructor While working with clients Meghan has performed a variety of roles including working with Winvale’s STARS program, proposal department, and Network Federal department. Additionally, while working with Winvale’s STARS program Meghan has led clients through a five step training program including topics such as government sales, marketing, procurement and proposals, and opportunity identification. In Winvale’s proposal department Meghan has assisted clients in understanding opportunities and assisting them in finding the right proposal support if needed to help submit an opportunity to the government. Finally, with the Network Federal team Meghan has helped partners on Winvale’s schedule provide quotes or respond to opportunities with the Government.
